Workmanship warranties vary by project type and materials installed. Warranty details are provided in your signed contract. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

For insurance restoration projects, we work with homeowners, adjusters, and insurance carriers to restore properties to pre-loss condition. Final coverage and payment are subject to the terms of your insurance policy and carrier approval.

Michael Anthony Construction LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services at issue.
